Snow Removal Reminder

The HOA is responsible for any shared or private areas in the community such as shared driveways, sidewalks, and common areas. Snowplowing does not occur for accumulation under 2". Contractors will be dispatched when 2" or more has accumulated, or at the end of each snow event, depending on the conditions of the snow event. Based on the crew's starting location, you may not see them immediately. The contractor Brightview is on sight daily monitoring the accumulation of snow. 
Park City is responsible for snow removal on all city streets. From November 1 to April 30, special ordinances apply to facilitate snow removal and emergency access. Park City snow removal crews are prepared to work 24 hours a day. Streets with the most traffic receive top plowing priority.
• Never park any vehicle or place any object that interferes with snow plowing or removal efforts on any Park City street.
• No parking on the downhill side of any street south of 12th Street. The downhill side of the street is the side on which the natural slope is away from the street surface, where natural drainage flows.
