  • Alleyways (excluding extensions from garage to alleyway)
  • Common Walk Ways
  • Walk Ways and Steps Leading Up to the Porches
What additional costs am I paying as a resident living in a BSA?
In addition to the Master Assessment, residents living in a BSA pay a secondary assessment to cover additional services.  Costs are determined by the following factors:
  • Number of homes utilizing the shared service area
  • Level of service
  • Maintenance Requirements
What is a Benefited Service Area (BSA)?
Benefited Service Areas are established to provide certain benefits to the owners who are part of a shared service area.
What is the difference between a BSA and Sub-Association?
BSAs fall directly under the Master Association but pay a secondary assessment for an additional shared service area.  Sub-Associations are secondary entities, subject to the Master Association, but are governed by a separate set of governing documents (CC&R’s bylaws, etc.) and a Sub-Association Board of Directors.  In Silver Creek Village, the only sub-associations are the condos.
