-Transfer Fee $123.00 (only applies to builder to owner sales)
-Reinvestment Fee:

    1% GSP (builder to owner and owner to owner)
    1% fee waived for deed-restricted homes
-Working Capital (25% Annual Assessment)

Please note that HOA managers do not provide resale or disclosure documents directly. All required documents, including resale certificates, governing documents, and other disclosures, must be obtained through www.homewisedocs.com.
Most community documents can also be found on our website.
Please note:Financials and Meeting Minutes are available only to homeowners through the members-only section of the website.
If this is related to a home resale, your realtor or title company must submit a request through HomewiseDocs.com for all payoff and disclosure documentation.
Once submitted, our corporate resale team will process the request.
Since this documentation is required at closing, the agent should request the package, which will include all necessary materials.
